FAQs
What technology do you use for online interviews?
Normally we use Zoom, but your hiring manager will give you all the details you need beforehand.
How long does a typical interview go for?
Between 45 minutes and an hour.
Do you do face-to-face interviews?
Of course! It depends on the role and location, but we’d love to meet you in person and show you around our offices.
Do I need a legal background?
Not necessarily. A legal background is valuable for many of the roles at LEAP, but it’s not an absolute must. We value skills and experience from a host of industries.
What should I wear?
Smart casual is the general rule, but dress for the role you’re applying for. Client-facing roles should be a little more polished while behind the scenes roles can be a little more relaxed. If you have any questions, just ask! Your hiring manager will be happy to point you in the right direction.
Will you let me know when a role has been filled?
We’re committed to sharing updates with everyone that’s been a part of the interview stage.
Can I apply for multiple roles?
Yes you can! Why limit yourself?
